Standard shipping takes 5–12 business days within the US. Expedited options (2–5 days) are available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We currently ship to all 50 US states including APO/FPO addresses. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for inquiries.
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the US.

Our panels are weather-resistant (IP65 rated), meaning they can handle rain and splashes. However, we recommend storing them indoors when not in use for maximum longevity.
Small panels (6W–30W) with USB outputs have built-in charge controllers. For larger panels (50W+), we recommend using an external charge controller to protect your battery.
Yes! Our 50W+ panels come with MC4 connectors that are compatible with most portable power stations (Jackery, EcoFlow, Bluetti, Goal Zero, etc.).
🔄 Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to start the process.
All OUTZEON solar panels come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Extended warranty options may be available.
