30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your OUTZEON purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at service@outzeon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

All OUTZEON solar panels come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
